The Shaolin Forms at Australian
Tiger and Crane holds its mysteries and secrets. If you understand
the forms, you understand the art. You must constantly seek the
original intent of that form. When you allow the form to be done by
you as opposed to do the form, you will begin to gain the
understanding and awareness of the form. As you empty your cup each
time you approach each form, the form will teach you more and more
Photos at the foot of the page depict some of the Chi Kungs taught.

The design of the logo uses the colour green (liver) red (heart) yellow (spleen) white (metal) black (kidneys) in accordance with the five element system. As the name Tiger and Crane implies it is a
synergy of both animals - hard (external) and soft (internal
concept). There are basically two types of Chi Kung -
external and internal.
